Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Contact us at hello@roadhound.co with your order number to start a return.

Items should be returned in the condition you received them where reasonably possible. Once we receive your return, we refund the price paid within 14 days to your original payment method.

If you received a bundle (Complete Setup), please return the full bundle together for a full refund.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.
